A buyer who has lost the right to declare the contract avoided or to require the seller to deliver substitute goods in accordance with article 82 retains all other remedies [1] under the contract and this Convention.
[1] It follows from this article, for instance, that the right to reduction of the price is retained even if the goods have been destroyed later by the buyer. [page 348]
