As the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts will often be used by courts and arbitrators as a companion to the CISG, the bibliography and the archives contain material on the Principles as well as the CISG.

This is a large file -- more has been written on the CISG than on any other new sales code. Much literature is also emerging on the UNIDROIT Principles. As this file contains thousands of citations, it may take considerable time to load. To print the entire bibliography, the paper tray of your printer should be set to accommodate over 200 pages.
Thousands of searchable pages of scholarly writings are available in our archives. Our intent is to build this collection of full-texts of scholarly writings (doctrine) on the CISG and the UNIDROIT Principles into a comprehensive reference library on the subject.
