The buyer who has lost the right to declare the contract avoided or to require the seller to deliver substitute goods in accordance with article 67 retains all other remedies.

A buyer who has lost the right to declare the contract
avoided or to require the seller to deliver substitute goods in accordance with article 82 retains all other remedies under the contract and this Convention.


Editorial comments

CISG article 83 contains several word changes, none of which is in any way substantive. The Secretariat Commentary on 1978 Draft article 68 therefore should be relevant to the interpretation of CISG article 83.
