The buyer's obligation to pay the price includes taking such stops and complying with such formalities as may be required under the contract or any laws and regulations to enable payment to be
made.
COMMENT
Art. 54 has no counterpart in the provincial Acts, but it is a sensible and obvious provision in an international context and should find ready acceptance.
